Job summary

Raspberry AI, a Series-A AI platform for fashion brands, seeks a Growth Marketer to own the growth motion across demand generation, content, and GTM execution. You will collaborate with demand gen, brand, content, and sales to accelerate pipeline and improve speed, quality, and scale of marketing efforts.

The role requires 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or marketing operations, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand gen, or marketing operations in B2B SaaS or AI
• Launched demand-gen programs driving measurable pipeline
• Hands-on with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot)

Responsibilities

• Build and scale demand generation across paid, email, webinars, and content syndication
• Own end-to-end growth funnel from lead gen to retention
• Develop content, social campaigns, paid ads, and events
• Analyze funnel stages with data-driven insights to maximize growth
• Build AI visibility infrastructure for content and positioning
• Own marketing data infrastructure and dashboards
