Job summary

CECP seeks a part-time internship with the Strategic Engagement team to support CRM and data workflows, focusing on Salesforce and Monday.com. The role involves assisting with AI-enabled processes and cross-team coordination, reporting on engagement trends, and maintaining engagement data across platforms.

The position is fully remote for a US-based candidate, running from October 2026 through May 2027, at 20 hours per week, with a hourly compensation of $20.00.

Qualifications

• Current graduate student (preferred fields: business administration, information systems, data science, or related)
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate data across multiple systems
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management/workflow tools
• Interest in practical uses of AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve team efficiency
• Ability to translate messy or fragmented information into clear trackers, summaries, action plans, or process documentation
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Google Suite, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in advancing CECP's mission

Responsibilities

• Support the buildout and maintenance of CECP’s engagement operating model across platforms, focusing on Salesforce and Monday.com
• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records to improve data accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Support development and upkeep of Monday.com boards to track to-dos, reminders, triggers, and cross-pod workflows
• Organize company intelligence from Salesforce records, meeting notes, engagement history, surveys, events, and public company news
• Assist with piloting AI-powered tools, automation, and workflows connecting Salesforce, Outlook, Monday.com, and internal sources
• Test, document, and improve processes for AI tools, dashboards, and structured prompts for company snapshots and renewal prep
• Provide reporting and analysis on engagement trends, company activity, risk signals, and outreach cadence
• Provide general engagement operations support, updating trackers and documenting workflows for Strategic Engagement projects
