Job summary

CECP seeks a remote intern to assist the Corporate Leadership & Advisory team with events, research, and communications. The intern will use Salesforce to track campaigns, coordinate speaker prep, and help build a CEO directory for major events.

It offers flexibility, up to 10 hours weekly, and exposure to corporate purpose strategies. Applicants should possess strong writing skills, initiative, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools; a related field of study is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills; ability to work independently.
• Initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with scheduling apps (Calendly preferred).
• Classwork or an advanced degree in sustainability, corporate communications, CSR, public policy or similar.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to update event campaigns and log post-event action points.
• Facilitate speaker engagement for signature events and manage speaker info.
• Create a CEO directory for the CEO Board of Boards event.
• Support virtual Accelerator event series and update presentation materials.
• Conduct secondary research and support projects for events and Accelerate Research Projects.
