Job summary

CECP, a leading nonprofit business council, offers a fully remote internship in Strategic Engagement. You will help strengthen the operational and technology infrastructure behind CECP’s engagement model, focusing on CRM/data management, AI-ready tooling, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• This internship seeks a graduate student with strong data management and CRM experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Monday.com is preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Google Suite, LinkedIn, or ZoomInfo is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support buildout/maintenance of engagement operating model across platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com).
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records to improve data accuracy and usability.
• Update and manage Monday.com boards tracking to-dos, reminders, and workflows.
• Organize company intelligence from Salesforce, notes, events, and public sources.
• Pilot AI-powered tools and automate workflows connecting Salesforce, Outlook, Monday.com, and internal sources.
• Test and document internal AI/automation processes for engagement planning and renewal prep.
• Assist with reporting on engagement trends, activity, risk signals, and outreach cadence.
• Provide general engagement operations support and track/document workflows.
