Job summary

CECP is recruiting for a fully remote, 20-hour-per-week internship on the Strategic Engagement team from October 2026 through May 2027. You will help strengthen the operational and technology infrastructure behind CECP’s engagement model, supporting systems like Salesforce and Monday.com and piloting AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Current graduate student in a relevant field (business administration, information systems, data science, or related).
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Interest in practical uses of AI, automation, and workflow tools.
• Ability to translate fragmented information into clear trackers and plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the buildout and maintenance of the engagement operating model across platforms, focusing on Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Maintain Salesforce records (accounts, contacts, engagements, opportunities) for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Monday.com boards to track to-dos, reminders, workflows, and project progress.
• Organize company intelligence from Salesforce, meeting notes, engagement history, events, and public news.
• Assist in piloting AI-powered tools and internal solutions to streamline engagement operations.
• Test and document internal processes for AI tools, dashboards, and prompts.
• Provide reporting on engagement trends, activity, risk signals, cadence, and value capture.
• Prepare materials for internal discussions, update trackers, and support ad hoc projects.
