Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Industry & Process Advisor Manager or Senior Manager in Change & Experience to lead end-to-end transformation work for clients. You will own the full change and experience cycle, from assessing AI investments and platform rollouts to defining future-state processes and adoption at scale.

As the domain authority, you’ll combine behavioral insight, experience design, and AI-enabled processes to deliver measurable value, advise C-suite leadership, and ensure transformation

Qualifications

• Experience leading change & experience transformation initiatives.
• Advising senior leadership on transformation outcomes.
• Integrating AI into change programs to enable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state change process specification, AI integration design, activation planning, and adoption strategy for transformation programs.
• Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present recommendations to senior leadership; manage client relationships and transitions.
• Drive change-impact analyses grounded in adoption patterns, role/design changes, and workflow integration.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and workshops with cross-functional client teams to reimagine work and redesign roles and workflows.
• Connect change operating model design to future-state processes for repeatable, AI-enabled execution.
• Embed AX (Agent-Experience) design into activation steps, defining agent autonomy and human-agent handoffs.
