Job summary

Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Business Analyst, Associate to join Computing Services. You will analyze financial and administrative processes, gather requirements, and contribute to AI, automation, and system integration initiatives across university divisions.

Working with stakeholders, you will help design and test solutions, support Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, track tasks, and help with change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience with business analysis and process automation preferred.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems and technology projects.
Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Support design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions and automation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, track tasks, and help with change management activities.
Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and related systems.
