Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the CMAS Section's BD team, focusing on operations, efficiency and data infrastructure. About half of the role will be AI enablement and workflow automation, requiring curiosity and willingness to apply AI tools to business processes.

The position bridges execution and strategy with a technology-forward orientation; collaboration with attorneys to gather information and enable BD workflows is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of marketing, business development, data analytics, or related experience.
Experience implementing AI/workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with legal marketing tools and directories is helpful.

Responsibilities

Support marketing and BD projects from planning to implementation.
Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, and client dinners.
Assist with pitch materials, RFPs, and narratives with attorneys.
Manage directory submissions and maintain BD content accuracy.
Perform basic research and synthesize findings for the BD team.
Maintain experience databases and deal tracking systems.
Draft internal/external communications and reports.
