Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Business Development Senior Manager for the CMAS section to lead strategic growth initiatives across multiple offices, translating objectives into measurable results.

You will partner with Practice Group Leaders, manage complex RFPs and client pitches, and drive cross-selling opportunities while mentoring a team. The role requires senior-level advisory skills and a track record of delivering revenue impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification valued.
• 10+ years in business development/marketing, preferably in legal or professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of strategic business development plans for assigned practice groups.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior practice group leaders on growth opportunities and market positioning.
• Oversee cross-office initiatives, budget management, and ROI analysis.
• Lead high-value RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and coach attorneys on messaging and follow-up.
• Develop and manage collateral, content strategy, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
