Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a General Description role to support the Corporate, M&A and Securities BD team. The candidate will drive operations, data infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency across BD activities.

The role balances execution and strategy, with opportunities to lead defined projects and collaborate with attorneys on data and process improvements. A strong interest in AI is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in marketing, business development, data analytics, AI/tech implementation, or comms.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, client dinners, and receptions.
• Assist with developing pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate directory, award, and ranking submissions; draft narratives and timelines.
• Conduct basic research and synthesize findings for leadership.
• Maintain marketing collateral, bios, and practice group content.
• Support attorney engagement and gather data for BD systems.
• Draft internal and external communications and reports.
