Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Corporate, M&A and Securities Section’s BD team, focusing on projects and data infrastructure. The role blends marketing operations with AI-enabled workflow automation, requiring curiosity and self-direction to drive efficiency across multiple streams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing or BD, strong communication, and project management skills, with experience in legal or professional services

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in marketing, business development, data analytics, AI/technology implementation, communications, or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency across BD processes.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate practice-specific events, webinars, sponsorships, client dinners, and receptions with logistics and post-event reporting.
• Assist with developing pitch materials and RFP responses in collaboration with attorneys and the BD team.
• Draft narratives for directories, awards, and rankings; manage submission timelines with attorneys and managers.
• Maintain and update BD collateral, biographies, practice descriptions, and website content for accuracy and consistency.
