Job summary

Baruch College seeks an organized, collaborative Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator to support accreditation, institutional effectiveness, assessment, reporting, and administrative activities. The Coordinator will help prepare PMP documents, organize evidence, coordinate meetings and timelines, and support use of AI to improve workflows.

The role includes maintaining repositories, compiling data, producing tables/reports, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; legal work authorization in the United States.
• Experience supporting accreditation, institutional research, or higher-education admin.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and collaborate across offices.
• Familiarity with AI in research and office workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing accreditation reports and PMP evidence.
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, assignments, and deadlines for initiatives.
• Maintain electronic repositories of accreditation materials and institutional data.
• Compile data and produce tables, charts, and reports for accreditation and planning.
• Support institutional research, surveys, and internal/external reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with standards and policies.
