Baruch College seeks an organized, collaborative, and technologically adept Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation, the Coordinator will support accreditation, institutional effectiveness, assessment, reporting, and administrative activities. The Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the College’s institutional effectiveness and accreditation initiatives. The successful candidate will help prepare accreditation and annual performance measurement process (PMP) documents, organize supporting evidence, coordinate meetings and project timelines, compile institutional information, and support the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve office workflows.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assists with preparing, editing, formatting, and organizing accreditation reports, self-study materials, evidence inventories, presentations, and related institutional documents.
Supports accreditation and PMP review processes by collecting documentation, maintaining evidence files, tracking assignments, and coordinating contributions from working groups and campus offices.
Maintains organized electronic repositories of accreditation and PMP materials, institutional records, policies, reports, supporting evidence, and correspondence.
Coordinates meetings, calendars, project plans, contact lists, status reports, assignments, and deadlines for accreditation and institutional-effectiveness initiatives.
Prepares meeting agendas, presentations, and background materials; records decisions and action items; and follows up with participants.
Compiles, verifies, and summarizes institutional data and produces clear, accurate tables, charts, presentations, and reports for accreditation, assessment, planning, and reporting.
Assists with institutional research, surveys, assessment activities, data collection, performance measurement, and internal and external reporting.
Reviews documents and data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with applicable accreditation standards, institutional requirements, policies, and emerging regulatory expectations.
Collaborates with faculty, staff, administrators, and campus offices and supports communications, training, presentations, and department outreach
Uses artificial intelligence and other technologies to improve research, analysis, document preparation, project management, and office workflows while protecting accuracy, confidentiality, data security, and policy compliance
Bachelor's Degree required.

Interest in or experience with the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence and emerging technologies for research, writing, data analysis, document management, project coordination, or administrative workflows.
Experience supporting accreditation, institutional effectiveness, assessment, institutional research, academic affairs, strategic planning, compliance, or a related higher-education function.
Experience preparing, editing, formatting, and organizing complex reports, presentations, and institutional documents, with excellent writing, proofreading, research, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project-management skills, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and balancing competing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using spreadsheets, databases, surveys, document-management systems, collaboration platforms, or data-visualization tools.
Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information and communicate findings clearly to varied audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and other institutional stakeholders.
Familiarity with CUNY systems, institutional data, policies, or administrative processes, and the ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
Assists with Institutional Research projects, data, and reports.
Coordinates the design and maintenance of Institutional Research databases.
Works with large complex data sets, including exporting/importing from various sources, cleaning data files, and maintaining historical records.
Assists with the design, production and administration of survey instruments, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
Prepares and runs reports for internal and external constituents.
Works with others in the College community to assure high-quality information and reporting.
Performs related duties as assigned.
