Job summary

Yeshiva University in New York is seeking a Casual Staff AAQEP Assessment & Accreditation Coordinator to support accreditation efforts through data management, assessment coordination, and evidence collection. The role is part-time, temporary, and up to 19 hours per week at the Beren Campus.

Responsibilities include coordinating evidence, maintaining data systems, analyzing data, and preparing accreditation documents for faculty review.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, Educational Leadership, Educational Research, Assessment, Higher Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Doctoral study or degree preferred for advanced accreditation work.
• Experience organizing, managing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience with educator preparation, accreditation, or program evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence into clear written summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with AAQEP 2025 Standards and program requirements.
• Review and update 2026 AAQEP IAR documents and evidence measures.
• Create and maintain AAQEP evidence collection calendar and timeline.
• Coordinate collection and organization of AAQEP evidence and documentation.
• Maintain data management systems for candidate, completer, employer, and program data.
• Analyze data and prepare summaries for faculty review.
• Incorporate NYSTCE and other assessment data into annual reports.
• Monitor AAQEP updates and NYSED policies to keep documentation current.
• Prepare working drafts of the Annual Accreditation Report and other documents.
• Assist with accreditation reviews and site visits.
