Job summary

Ramapo College of New Jersey seeks an Accreditation and Program Specialist to lead program accreditation and assessment initiatives. You will provide data-driven support, coordinate accreditation activities, and collaborate with faculty and leadership to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Dean of the School of Arts, Humanities, and Education, you will manage complex data, prepare official reports, and contribute to school-wide program reviews and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of professional higher education experience preferred.
• Experience implementing accreditation and assessment processes.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program accreditation and assessment efforts.
• Develop reports for NJDOE and internal review.
• Manage data related to accreditation and assessment activities.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership across schools.
• Prepare training materials and support for program reviews.
