Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an AI Creative Designer, Email to translate brands' identity into agentic email workflows and on-brand lifecycle creative for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering to craft campaigns that scale across brands and channels.

You will define the most recognizable brands' email strategies, lead creative efforts, and land high-impact work in inboxes while shaping product direction and playbooks for scalable taste.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with real lifecycle programs and email campaigns.
• Deep email design experience across lifecycle stages and devices.
• Proficiency with AI tools and generative models; ability to push them beyond defaults.
• Experience working with enterprise marketers and navigating brand reviews and approvals.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing effectiveness beyond aesthetics; measurable results.
• Strong sense of taste and ability to articulate why something works.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements with brand teams.
• Set the creative bar to match or exceed client requests.
• Collaborate on A/B tests, refine creative based on results, optimize performance.
• Shape product by identifying friction and guiding workflows and model behavior.
• Document patterns and build a scalable body of knowledge for the team.
