Job summary

Hightouch in New York seeks an AI Strategy Consultant to drive marketing strategy and transformation for enterprise brands. You will bridge product capabilities with customer business needs from discovery through go-live and expansion, collaborating with ML engineers, product designers, and strategy consultants.

Expect to lead design sessions, document use case requirements, manage delivery excellence, mitigate risks, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Hightouch customers

Qualifications

• Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 10-25%.
• Experience with Martech tools/CDPs.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with engineers, executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders.
• Run design sessions with customers to document use case requirements and improvements.
• Champion delivery and project management excellence through process playbooks and best practices.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at Hightouch customers.
• Participate in driving the AI Decisioning product strategy.
