Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products).
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Craft excellence in visual, UI, and interaction design from idea to hi‑fi solution.
• Team player mentality: kind, humble, and collaborative.
• Figma proficiency is required; experience with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on powerful marketing tools within the Agents product suite.
• Demonstrate thinking through rapid designs and prototypes, not endless presentations.
• Connect with customers through research and usage data to influence product direction.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details as a team.
• Learn fast and contribute in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
