Job summary

Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI) is hiring an AI Project Associate for a 2-year term. The role focuses on coordinating three major initiatives: GenAI Fellows, AI curriculum pilots, and the AI Experimenters Faculty Cohort, with on-campus work in Ithaca, NY.

Strong PM skills and experience in education are essential. The position emphasizes collaboration with faculty, students, and campus partners, with compensation in the established pay range and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 4 years relevant full time work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing complex projects in higher education, educational technology, student support, or related environments.
Familiarity with AI and its emerging applications in teaching, learning, and curriculum design.
Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and dissemination.
Develop and manage project plans, track deliverables and milestones, and coordinate meetings and communications.
Supervise student participants and support assessment and reporting activities.
Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to align with CTI's priorities.
