Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI) seeks an AI Project Associate to lead and manage cross-cutting teaching- and learning-focused initiatives on campus in Ithaca, NY. This is a 2-year, full-time position with regular on-site presence and limited hybrid activity, relocation and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 4 years relevant full time work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing complex projects in higher education, educational technology, student support, or related environments
• Familiarity with AI and its emerging applications in teaching, learning, and curriculum design
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills
• Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities

• Develop and manage project plans, coordinate meetings and communications, track deliverables and milestones, supervise student participants, support assessment and reporting activities, and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders
