Job summary

Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI) is seeking an AI Project Associate to lead project management for initiatives on AI in teaching and learning. This 2-year term, full-time on-campus role coordinates multi-stakeholder efforts with faculty, students, and colleagues.

Reporting to an Assistant Director, you will plan, execute, and evaluate programs like Undergraduate GenAI Fellows, AI curriculum pilots, and the AI Experimenters Faculty Cohort, ensuring alignment with CTI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Experience managing complex projects in higher education or related environments.
• Familiarity with AI and its applications in teaching, learning, and curriculum design.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and dissemination.
• Develop and manage project plans, coordinate meetings and communications, track milestones.
• Supervise student participants and support assessment and reporting activities.
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to align with CTI's priorities.
