Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Datacenter MPU Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-enabled edge MPUs. You will bridge market needs and engineering innovation to shape silicon features that solve system-level challenges for datacenter, networking, 5G, and industrial automation.

You will partner with engineering on architecture, drive roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated products and compelling business cases that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (MS/MBA a plus).
• 10+ years in product management, product marketing, customer management, or systems engineering for MPUs, SoCs, or embedded systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable specs for hardware, software, and systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product execution for AI-enabled edge MPUs, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
• Translate market problems into clear Product Requirements Documents, feature specs, and phased roadmaps; make data-driven trade-offs across silicon area, power, performance, and BOM.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and innovations for heterogeneous compute, AI acceleration, real-time processing, security, and connectivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, go-to-market, sales, applications, operations) throughout the product lifecycle ensuring alignment and successful execution.
• Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to win in relevant segments.
• Build data-driven business cases and pricing strategies that deliver revenue growth and market share.
• Lead products from concept through launch, adoption, and sustained success.
• Represent NXP at industry events, engage key customers, and create impactful technical content.
