NXP Semiconductors is seeking a senior hardware product leader to drive multi-generation NPU and chiplet architectures. You will translate customer needs into silicon requirements and trade off performance, memory, power, and packaging to shape the product roadmaps.

You will own the business case for each hardware product, including BOM cost, ASP, gross margin targets, and potential NPV, and you will present investment recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or strategy in semiconductors.
• Experience defining silicon specifications and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across architecture, engineering, and sales.
• Familiarity with chiplet architectures and multi-die interconnect standards (UCIe).

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain multi-generational hardware roadmap for NPUs and chiplet architectures.
• Translate customer requirements into silicon specs including performance targets and memory/power/packaging decisions.
• Own business case for each hardware product: BOM, ASP, gross margin, and NPV; present to executives.
