Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager for the Agentic WorkSpaces Applications team. The role leads the engineering of Advisor, an AI-powered troubleshooting and optimization experience for administrators, and manages the Control Plane Services used to provision and configure environments at scale.

You will own Advisor end-to-end, improve its accuracy and trustworthiness, and push toward proactive detection and self-healing across millions of workloads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong background in distributed systems and scalable services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions in production.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration/workspace environments.
