Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 1+ years of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• 1+ years of developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.
• 1+ years of developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• 1+ years of distributed programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team building the next generation of AI agents.
• Own the engineering roadmap and product roadmaps, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
