Qualifications

• Formal change-management certification or framework experience (Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent).
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or private-equity-backed environment, and comfort operating without established process.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy execution with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Sales, and Support.
• Identify AI use cases, translate needs into actionable projects and measure ROI.
• Own solution design, pilots, rollout plans, and adoption tracking across the org.
• Develop repeatable AI playbooks and dashboards to scale across departments.
• Drive change management, training, and AI fluency for non-technical staff.
