Job summary

Cint is seeking an AI Workflow Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI-enabled improvements across functions. You will shape, deliver and embed AI-powered changes, balancing human-led work with AI assistance, automation where appropriate, and governance for safe deployment.

You will join the AI Transformation Office, reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI Transformation, collaborating with a range of teams to create practical progress and measurable value in operating workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement or similar.
• Ability to map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
• Comfort working with stakeholders across business, tech, data, legal, risk or compliance.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
• Delivery discipline without excessive bureaucracy.
• Commercial judgement and link between workflow change and business value.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape opportunities with functions to understand priorities and pain points.
• Assess where AI can improve speed, quality, productivity and decision-making.
• Redesign work processes and clarify ownership, data readiness and handoffs.
• Support future-state workflow design and adoption planning.
• Lead or support transformation work with clear owners, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate across AI/Data Architecture, Business Technology, Legal, InfoSec and Enablement.
