Qualifications

• 4-8 years of total work experience in web publishing and content marketing
• Hands on experience with Contentful CMS or similar CMSs like Drupal or AEM
• Experience using Adobe Workfront
• Keen eye for brand consistency
• Project management and content operations experience
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Excellent verbal and email communications skills
• Familiarity with Associated Press style of writing
• Great organization skills, time-management, and effective communication
• Great inter-personal and relationship building skills
• Perform well under deadlines and deliver a high level of attention to detail
• Comfort using AI content tools for drafting, summarization, and metadata, with strong editorial judgment to review and correct AI output
• Adaptability and comfort learning new content tools and platforms as the tech stack evolves
• Continuous-improvement mindset - looks for ways to make content workflows more efficient

Responsibilities

• Project manage content updates in Workfront platform: review web requests for enterprise updates and inform US partners
• Make changes to live site and inform respective partners and stakeholders
• Share weekly and monthly reports
• Collaborate with multiple US stakeholders to get work done
• Keep content team editorial calendar up to date
• Run weekly meetings to keep projects on track
• Manage content updates in Contentful CMS and coordinate with creative for images
• Work with development for fixing any dev issues
• Review expiring content and update or sunset pages with owners in Workfront
• Conduct content audits to categorize pages and determine next steps
• Provide ongoing content inventory support and update taxonomy/meta data
