Job summary

Target is seeking a Content & Communications Lead to shape the strategic direction for content management, governance, and partner communications across Partners Online. You will collaborate with Product, UX, Technology, and Legal to establish scalable content practices, editorial standards, and metadata governance, enabling consistent experiences for business partners.

In this role you’ll champion AI-enabled content operations, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead multiple initiatives

Qualifications

8+ years in content management, governance, or related field.
Experience leading enterprise content initiatives in a matrixed org.
Experience developing governance frameworks and scalable content ops.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Experience with CMS, metadata, taxonomy, structured content.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance strategy with execution and continuous improvement.
Mentorship and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Establish strategic direction for BPX Content via operating model and best practices.
Shape enterprise content management, governance, and metadata standards.
Define strategy for business partner communications aligned with product guidance.
Influence stakeholders to improve content experiences and adoption of standards.
Drive continuous improvement using data, AI-enabled tools, and scalable practices.
Lead multiple initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced env.
