Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning industries, brands and platforms.
2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concept to production.
Experience delivering high-fidelity visual work with pixel‑perfect deliverables.
Experience guiding junior designers and working in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery.
Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions with an original point of view.
Produce brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI.
Own your workstream, make design decisions, and deliver production‑ready output.
Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production, and share learnings.
