Accenture Song seeks a seasoned Visual Design Associate Manager to elevate craft and establish visual direction across projects. You’ll mentor teammates, shape design systems, and connect visual output to brand strategy, while embracing AI as a creative enabler.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders to drive impact. You will contribute to research, strategy, and UX outputs, ensuring production-ready output with clear design rationale and client-ready storytelling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
• 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting and strategy through to delivery.
• Experience producing brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with pixel-perfect deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visual executions.
• Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities and digital experiences with strong craft.
