Job summary

Accenture Song, a leading design and digital products studio within Accenture, seeks a Visual Design Lead in Seattle. You will own visual direction across engagements, translating brand strategy into compelling visual languages while mentoring a team and collaborating with product, engineering, and strategy partners.

You will drive craft quality, produce high-fidelity output, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, all while aligning with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end.
• Directing brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• 3+ years managing or coaching visual designers.
• Experience in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into visual languages.
• Define high visual craft standards and produce measurable output.
• Shape design decisions and produce output with your team.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Present visual strategy to stakeholders and guide decisions under pressure.
• Contribute to proposals, case studies, and identify new creative opportunities.
• Mentor team members and foster growth of visual talent.
