Job summary

Imigrus in San Francisco seeks a Finance Agent Orchestration Manager to own fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital accounts across multiple funds. You will lead the implementation of an AI-native fund administration platform and automate repetitive workflows using Excel, Power Query, SQL, Python, and Airtable.

You will work directly with the Head of Finance to shape processes, tools, and controls as the fund grows, taking ownership and delivering impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in fund accounting, fund administration, VC/PE finance or investment fund audit, or finance and implementation at an AI-native startup
• Fluent in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees and fund financial statements
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation, or excited to master them
• Motivated by more than finance: interest in deep tech, science or impact
• Ownership mindset, fast pace, building lasting systems

Responsibilities

• Fund accounting, LP reporting and capital account statements across multiple funds
• Implementation and calibration of an AI-native fund admin platform, from setup to day-to-day running
• Automating repetitive finance workflows using AI tools, Excel, Power Query, SQL, Python and Airtable
• Clean, reliable investment data, valuations and portfolio company records
• Strategic projects with Head of Finance, from office acquisitions to cross-portfolio work
