Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design for digital products and services.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows.
• Expert using Figma and FigJam; fluent with VS Code, modern front-end frameworks, and AI coding tools.
• Designing UX across web, mobile, and other channels.
• Prototyping and lightweight coding proofs of concept with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Own and evolve UI design and information architecture for custom-built tools including SPAs (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Front-end engineering across modern frameworks, token-based systems, accessibility, performance.
• Experience building scalable design systems as coded infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or AI-augmented tooling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform data into insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inclusive and accessible designs.
• Iterate on design based on user feedback to continuously improve experiences.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Build and refine front-end interfaces and translate concepts into production-ready code.
• Contribute to an AI-native design system end-to-end as a living product.
• Design and ship AI agents and automations to make systems generative and self-improving.
• Establish middle-layer connections and tooling linking design systems to products.
• Create coded prototypes to validate ideas before shipping.
