Instawork seeks a Trust & Safety Specialist to lead end-to-end investigations, resolve escalated safety issues, and use AI-powered tools to uncover trends. You’ll combine evidence-based practices with policy stewardship to protect the marketplace and its users.

The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, data-driven storytelling, and strong external stakeholder communication, with onsite work in our CA-based offices where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Compliance.
• Experience communicating with external stakeholders (clients, legal, or law enforcement).
• Ability to navigate internal systems and build a facts-based narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations of safety incidents with objective evidence.
• Manage escalated support tickets with clear, factual resolutions.
• Use NL-to-SQL to pull data and identify safety trends.
• Act as subject matter expert on Community Guidelines and policy evolution.
• Design automated workflows to scale enforcement.
