• Build execution plans with milestones, KPIs, resources, risks, and ownership.
• Drive results through implementation with adoption and measurable impact.
• Create early momentum with pilots, quick wins, and learning from results.
• Connect work across Crowe and manage interdependencies and resources.
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues with leaders to maintain momentum.
• Work alongside initiative leaders as a player-coach to deliver outcomes.
• Assemble resources and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Build lasting capabilities and ownership for sustained results.
