Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting at a leading firm.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA valuable but not required.
• Initiative leadership: experience leading workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and financial rigor: opportunity sizing, KPI design, business-case development.
• Hands-on delivery: building analyses, solving operating problems, and driving pilots to results.
• Executive and frontline influence: ability to build trust and influence action across hierarchy.
• Resource and external-partner management: coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Clear communication: translating complex information into concise priorities and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with business leaders and set targets with clear success measures.
• Develop practical work plans with milestones, KPIs, resources, and risks.
• Drive results through implementation, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Launch pilots, capture quick wins, and scale successful approaches.
• Coordinate initiatives across Crowe and align with enterprise priorities.
• Anticipate risks and help teams resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Act as a player-coach to provide capacity, analysis, and problem-solving support.
• Secure necessary resources and manage consultants or vendors against deliverables.
• Build lasting capabilities and handoffs to sustain results.
