Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive AI-enabled finance programs across global processes. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, build solutions, and roll out enablement initiatives while establishing AI governance.

Responsibilities include managing the F&A roadmap, prioritizing ROI-focused use cases, and ensuring smooth production deployment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years delivering AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain AI transformation roadmap, project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Oversee proof-of-concept delivery and scale successful pilots into production.
• Design role-based learning paths and foster AI adoption across Finance & Accounting.
