Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, management consulting, or strategy consulting environments.
• Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, analytics, or data-driven insights to improve decision making and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and business case development capabilities.

• Support the development and execution of Banking and Insurance transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess operating models, business processes, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and modernization.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, transformation roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
