Qualifications

• Eight to ten plus years of consulting or equivalent leadership in enterprise tech transformation.
• Depth in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design.
• Strong executive presence and decision‑driving facilitation skills.
• Proven collaborative selling capability and comfort supporting business development.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and pragmatic delivery orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes).
• Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex environments.
• Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on tradeoffs.
• Drive portfolio‑level transformation planning (dependencies, sequencing, value realization).
• Support large pursuits through shaping, proposals, and executive storyline development.
• Mentor teams and build capability through structured coaching.
