Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy & Transformation practitioner in the US to help Banking and Insurance clients redefine operations and accelerate AI-enabled transformation. You will work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to analyze challenges and translate strategy into actionable programs.

The role emphasizes operating model redesign, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI and generative AI concepts.
• Ability to identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of transformation strategies and roadmaps for Banking and Insurance clients.
• Assess operating models and processes to identify opportunities for growth and modernization.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation recommendations.
• Translate priorities into transformation initiatives leveraging AI, GenAI, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Support market research, thought leadership, and business development activities.
• Create executive-level presentations and recommendations.
