Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Transformation Management consultant to help mobilize and execute AI-enabled transformation programs. You will deliver structured plans, dashboards, and executive-ready reports while tracking value realization across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes governance, operating-model work, and close collaboration with strategy, technology, data, and design teams to drive tangible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in consulting, PMO/TMO, transformation delivery, or adjacent roles.
• Strong analytics and crisp communication with structured thinking.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to create structure and momentum.
• Reliable stakeholder management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize transformation programs with workplans, milestones, and RAID.
• Build executive-ready transformation reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze delivery health and value realization (benefits, KPIs, trends).
• Support operating model and governance work (current/future state).
• Coordinate cross-workstream execution using AI tools and follow-ups.
• Support workshops from prep to outputs synthesis.
