Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with coaching experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvements across corporate and transactional functions.
• Observe and analyze processes using data, process mining, and stakeholder input.
• Establish visibility, baselines, and governance for performance improvement.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma practices to redesign transactional workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture for alignment.
• Quantify impact in cost, quality, speed, and productivity.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement disciplines.
