The role requires at least two years of Training & Learning experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Training & Learning experience.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training and onboarding.
• Experience supporting customer service or contact center environments preferred.

Responsibilities
