Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Technical Program Manager who can bridge product vision and technical execution on multi-team programs with real architectural complexity. You will drive AI-enabled planning, use AI copilots, and build automation platforms to accelerate throughput while preserving clear stakeholder communication.

You should have 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, deep system knowledge, and a track record of building scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs in cross-functional environments with ownership of complex, multi-team systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Business; Master's preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
• AI fluency with daily hands-on use of AI copilots and ability to configure AI-enhanced workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Complex Programs End to End: Drive multi-team technical programs from inception through delivery and into sustained operation.
• Technical Depth: Engage with architecture, integrations, and system dependencies and partner with engineering leadership.
• AI-Enhanced Planning: Translate priorities into specs and risk models using AI-assisted analysis.
• Accelerated Backlog Refinement: Decompose requirements into technical stories and use AI to generate acceptance criteria.
• Predictive Delivery: Manage timelines and quality using AI-powered analytics.
• Strategic Communication: Use AI summarization to distill discussions into clear briefings.
• Operational Excellence: Automate routine reporting and dashboards with AI-generated summaries.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives with AI to analyze velocity and blockers.
• Evangelism and Mentorship: Pilot new AI workflows and mentor other TPMs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Business

Master's degree preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
