Datadog is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and business units. You will identify risks early, drive end-to-end execution with AI-enabled automation, and build trust with senior stakeholders.

You will influence architecture decisions, partner with AI/ML teams, and create templates and templates that scale program lifecycles. This role combines technical depth with organizational leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management at a high-growth tech company (inferred from role)
• Demonstrated ability to drive large, ambiguous cross-functional programs to completion with minimal direction
• Engineering credibility with technically complex domains such as observability, infra, data platforms, or AI/ML systems

Responsibilities

• Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering orgs, product, and business functions
• Proactively surface systemic risks and cross-pod dependencies before escalations
• Build and maintain SVP-level visibility through KPIs on Datadog’s top initiatives
• Bridge gaps between functions using technical credibility and product domain expertise
