Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking an SVP of Product Management for Data Products & Strategy to define and lead our enterprise data strategy. You will transform data assets into differentiated products, drive marketplace growth, and oversee AI-enabled solutions with strong governance and industry partnerships.

The role reports to the CPTO and guides a senior team across product, engineering, AI, and Strategy to maximize enterprise value while protecting IP and privacy. Remote work available in the USA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in product management, technology, data products, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success defining and executing enterprise-level product or business strategies with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplace strategies, data monetization, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Data Products strategy with a multi-year vision.
• Identify new business models and growth opportunities based on data assets and ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead executive discussions on data governance, monetization, interoperability, and AI-enabled customer solutions.
• Own strategy, roadmap, performance, and long-term success of data products portfolio including APIs and marketplace capabilities.
• Set investment priorities, resources, and measures balancing customer value and financial performance.
• Drive adoption, customer value realization, and scalable product growth.
