Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead multiple Agile teams, owning technical design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise software. You will mentor developers, drive AI‑first initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and engineering best practices.

You will collaborate with product managers to deliver high‑quality releases and cultivate a high‑performance culture across teams, while advancing patient outcomes through robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software development experience with most recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead.
• Solid experience with the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of delivering enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Own technical design and architecture decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
