Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier 2 escalation point for production incidents and system issues.
• Troubleshoot across proprietary applications, trading/workflows, data feeds, and reporting.
• Analyze logs, SQL data, and system behavior to identify root causes and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with users, analysts, and engineering to understand business impact and drive fixes.
• Support production releases, deployments, and after‑hours maintenance as needed.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to raise operational readiness.
