Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a Pre-sales Solution Architect to serve as the commercial and technical bridge between its AI-native product portfolio and telecom enterprise customers across EU and US markets.

You will lead technical discovery, architect end-to-end designs, respond to RFPs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and quantify business value with ROI and TCO analyses. Travel to customer sites in Europe and North America will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have deep telecom BSS/OSS domain knowledge.
• TM Forum frameworks and Open API experience.
• Experience with 5G core, RAN, NFV/SDN, cloud-native functions.
• Ability to map customer pain to solutions and ROI.
• Willingness to travel to EU/US regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise telecom clients and map pain points to product capabilities.
• Architect end-to-end solution designs across Prodapt AI-native platforms with BSS/OSS integration.
• Own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and PoC requests; produce solution blueprints and diagrams.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and PoCs that translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Articulate business value: build ROI models and TCO analyses tailored to each customer context.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering to ensure buildability and smooth handoff.
• Represent Prodapt at industry forums, TM Forum events, and customer advisory boards.
• Engage CSP customers across EU and US regions; travel to customer sites as needed.]
